Directions:  Head northwest on Broughton Street toward State Road S-38-244 for about 0.7 miles.  Turn left onto Pinehill Road/State Road S-38-905 and drive about 500 feet.  Make a slight right onto Pinehill Road/S-38-904 and drive about 0.3 miles.  Turn right onto Riverbank Drive and after about a mile, turn left on Griffith Drive NW.  Auction will be located on the left.

Terms:  Cash, Checks(with photo I.D.), Credit/Debit(all major cards) accepted. Auction items sell “As Is” “Where Is” with no warranty “Expressed” nor “Implied”. Settlement of purchases paid in full on auction day. All sales are final. 10% Buyers Premium applies to all purchases.

Inspection:  Friday November 17, 2023, from 1-6pm and Saturday from 8am until time of the sale.
